Pink Rose Lacquered Paper Earrings with Coin Pearls and Silver New pink rose earrings! These roses (they have tiny flecks of other colors as well as pink) are balanced with white freshwater coin pearls with terrific luster and a baroque texture, with the added luxury of granulated sterling silver spacers from Bali. Total earring length is approximatey 1.5 inches below sterling silver earwires (of course you may request ear posts if you prefer. These earrings are my original design. The lacquered drops are made with several layers of cold-pressed paper, with multiple layers of lacquer added for both gloss and durability. The lacquering process is time-consuming but the end result is extremely strong - I've been wearing my favorite pairs for over ten years and they look great.
