Yellow Primrose Lacquered Paper Earrings with Faceted Garnets Handmade earrings made with beautiful yellow California primoses (from my original sketch). The primrose earrings are decorated with dangling golden chain leading to tiny faceted garnet briolettes with gorgeous faceting. These ultra-feminine earrings measure just under 1-3/4" below gold-filled earwires (of course you may request gold-filled posts instead - no extra charge). These lacquered earrings are made with several layers of paper, with multiple layers of lacquer added for both gloss and durability. The lacquering process is time-consuming but the end result is extremely strong - I've been wearing my favorite pairs for over ten years and they look great.
